It depends on the distance between continents: generally it ranges from 3 hours (same continent) to 30 hours (most distant continents). When you send you see a delivery timer.
Three possible actions: Reply, Reject or Report. If you reply (minimum 500 characters) a correspondence is born; if you reject the letter is reassigned; if you report, the letter disappears from your inbox and, if the same letter receives multiple reports, it will be permanently removed.
When a recipient replies to your letter a correspondence is created: from that moment you can exchange letters alternately (one at a time) without the system reassigning them to others.

You can have a maximum of 8 letters in transit simultaneously as a sender. You can receive up to 12 letters not belonging to a correspondence (waiting for a reply). There is no limit to the number of active correspondences.
Use the Report function in the letter. Reports cause the letter to be removed from the reporting user and, if multiple, from the system. Accounts responsible for abuse can be suspended.
The username is unique and permanent. However, you can request username regeneration before it is confirmed upon registration. The account can be deleted from settings: non-anonymous information (email, timestamps) is removed; letters and username might remain in the system for consistency with existing correspondences.
